Rosalyn A. Metzger, Esq., joined Rotolo Karch Law in January 2017 to concentrate on Family Law Mediation.
A 1989 graduate of Rutgers University, Ms. Metzger received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. Three years later, she opened her private practice in Family Law where she focused on collaborative divorce, mediation, and parenting coordination as alternatives for helping clients achieve post-divorce/post-separation success.
Accredited as a Family and Divorce Mediator by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), Ms. Metzger is also approved as a mediator by the Administrative Office of the Courts of the State of New Jersey in both family and civil matters. In 1995, she was awarded a Certificate of Divorce Mediation by Rutgers University.
In 2009, Ms. Metzger completed training as a Collaborative Law Professional and has since coached colleagues in their pursuit of Collaborative Law instruction. A member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association, Ms. Metzger has served as an ethics presenter for the Bar and as a panel member for “Child Abuse and Neglect Issues in Family Court,” presented by the Bar in 2016. In addition, Ms. Metzger was named as the Bar’s Professional Lawyer of the Year in 2009, and its James B. Boskey ADR Practitioner of the Year nominee for 2014.
Ms. Metzger was selected to the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators in 2016 and was named to the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2015, 2016, and 2017 as well as being selected to the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2017.
